Uithoorn Loodgieter is a trading name of Jongma Development, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 91401216 and based in Hoofddorp. Jongma Development is the data controller for anything submitted through this site. For questions about your data, or to exercise any of your rights, write to info@jongma.dev or call +31 6 40062896.

Your name and phone number, and, if you fill them in, your postcode, email address and description of the problem. We also record which page you submitted the form from, how urgent you said it was, and where you came from if your browser sends that.

That data is used only to contact you about your report and to carry out the work. It is not sold and not used for advertising.

When you tap the call button or the WhatsApp link, we count that a click happened and from which page. No phone number and no name travels with that count, and neither the call itself nor the content of your WhatsApp message appears in it. We use the figure to see which pages actually prompt people to call.

If you then have a conversation or send a message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that message as well.

Reports that do not lead to a job are deleted after twelve months. Data belonging to work that was carried out is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that retention period for invoices.

With the party that technically operates this site and handles the submissions, and with the tradesperson who fixes your problem. With nobody else, unless the law obliges us.

This site sets no cookies to track you. There is no advertising pixel on it and no profile is built about you. Where visitor statistics are measured at all, that happens in aggregate and never to recognise you personally.

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Such a request is handled within four weeks. If you cannot resolve it with us, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This page is an English reading version. The Dutch text is the one that applies, because Dutch law governs it and a translated clause is not a second clause. If the two ever differ, the Dutch version decides.
